Meet Rob and the Team
Rob Ferguson started his career on the road as as a signalman operating backhoes and trenchers for BNSF Railway. But the arrival of his twin boys changed everything. Spending weeks away from home wasn’t an option anymore, so Rob took a leap—and never looked back.
Rob leads the business with a skilled and experienced team, including his dad, a former general manager at a rock quarry with over 30+ years of experience. With years of hands-on expertise and problem-solving skills, his dad is a valued member of the crew, contributing to every project alongside the rest of the team. Whether it’s a quick driveway repair or a full-scale grading job, Rob and his crew approach each property with the same care and attention to detail as if it were their own.
